 Welcome to The Clock Shop, a family owned and operated clock shop since 1979.
We sell and repair all types of clocks, including Howard Miller Clocks. We are an authorized dealer of Howard Miller, Ridgeway, Bulova, Seth Thomas, Rhythm, and several other well known clock companies. We are able to offer their entire line of clocks to you including Grandfather, Wall, Mantel, Tabletop, Anniversary, Maritime, Desk, Alarm, and more!

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Our shipping costs are calculated automatically on-line
- You review the costs PRIOR to completing your order
- Costs are calculated using the UPS shipping table, based on size and weight.
- All items are shipped UPS ground excluding Grandfather clocks.
- If you are returning the item to us within 10 days after delivery, because you are not happy with it, we would be glad to
refund the total amount less all shipping charges and a fifteen percent re-stocking fee will apply. Item must be in all it's original
shipping packaging and free from any scratches. Item has to be in new, MINT, condition, including packaging.
- If you are returning the item because it was defective, please call us for authorization. The item must be in all it's original
packaging and shipping box to go back to the manufacturer in order for you to receive a replacement.

- Order status is updated within 72 hours of order placement.

GRANDFATHER CLOCK SETUP
- If you order a Howard Miller Grandfather clock, you will receive simple installation instructions and an instructional DVD
that makes set-up easy as 1-2-3. And you can contact Howard Miller's Tech
Support staff if you need them. You can always contact us and we'll walk you through it as well. Set-up takes only 10-15 minutes! Bulova and Ridgeway Grandfather clocks are just as easy to setup as well.
